How it works

Get to know how our Genuine Presence Assurance solution works

Onboarding begins on the user’s smartphone or computer. The user will be prompted to scan a government-approved photo ID, which will be compared to the results of a quick and effortless facial scan. One-time biometrics gained from these two inputs will be analysed and stored in the cloud. If the submitted likenesses are a clear match, a genuine presence will be assured and the onboarding process will culminate in access being granted to the user. This entire process takes less than 90 seconds to complete.
